Key Features

Made in China
The Pisa Bookcase from Noir stacks open shelves at slightly shifted angles, each level tilting off-center to build a tall, sculptural tower with an edgy, contemporary form. The staggered arrangement gives the piece movement and visual tension, setting it apart from a typical straight-lined shelf built on a single axis, while keeping every level open for display. Made from iron with a matte black finish, the bookcase has a solid, industrial surface, its strength paired with a sophisticated, minimal look that suits a range of spaces.

Noir

Noir is an American furniture and lighting design company based in Gardena, CA. Founded in 2004 by Swiss native and designer Georg Bahler and Stephanie Lu, Noir produces Bahler’s designs. Each piece is hand-crafted and inspired by his European upbringing, art and furniture history, music, fashion, popular culture and mother nature. Noir’s hallmarks include the use of raw materials and solid woods when possible, atypical materials, and experimentation to create uncommon and unapologetically bold designs from the mind of Georg Bahler.
