USA customer here. Confirmed that a halogen bulb could be used. Purchased the correct bulb. Light turned on ONLY from the cord switch. Dimmer switch would not work. Lumens and FLOS should disclose this to customers wanting to use incandescent bulbs. LED EVERYWHERE is not good for our biology. PLEASE make options for consumers who do not want to be bathed in blue light.

I would have loved to keep this lamp! However the new design only allows the lamp to be turned on, off and dimmed from the power cord. This is the new design. Who wants to bend down each time to turn on the lamp?

Lamp amazing. Service was horrible. Shipping details not clear. Follow up was great with Tanya. Kudos to her! But in the end refund on shipping took more follow up after it did not happen initially.
