Comments about Perez Vanity Light
The fixture itself was as expected. Very pleased with the product when it finally arrived. However, the customer service via Lumens was abysmal. The product was misdelivered, and another fixture was shipped. Several phone calls were necessary to obtain accurate information on the replacement as there was no effort from Lumens to rectify the mistake. Instead, I was told the replacement would be shipped free as a courtesy as if I hadn't already paid for the product. In the end, I received the product late, and endured very poor customer service. I am not likely to return due to such a challenging experience. Which is unfortunate, because this could have been salvaged with properly trained customer service representatives who provided some empathy for the empty-handed, paying customer.
