We build homes and have used this fan before. The fan has a nice clean design and is nicely constructed.

I was searching all over the internet for months looking for a clean simple fan. I finally found this one. I was a little concerned that the one hidden light wouldn't be bright enough. However it is plenty bright enough and the dim feature is great. I also purchased the extra 2' down rod and was a little concerned about the fan vibrating on high speed, but i was very impressed with no vibrating and silent operation on low speed. on medium and high speed you can only hear the air moving.

It's a beautiful, sleek and modern fan. The blades aren't as big as I'd hoped, but it's a minor issue. The bigger issue was with removing the bolt to replace the standard down rod with the longer one. We had to reorder new fans and send back the old ones, with reassurance that the bolt would be removable. They did, and the Modern Fan company completely loosened them for the reorder. They look very stylish in our modern, contemporary home.

The Pensi fan fits my decor, is quiet and really moves the air. I couldn't be happier!
