Comments about Penley Chandelier

I like the design of this piece but the quality was just not there. First of all it just feels and looks light weight/ less than quality. Holes to attach two of the shades to the arms were not drilled correctly so they could not be attached and one of the screws was not attached properly to the base. It's going back.
