The Ro Pendant from Made by Hand offers a simple, contemporary shape accented with traditional handmade craftsmanship. Named "RO" for the Danish sense of calm and well-being, it's designed by Kim Richardt to echo the craft maker tradition of the 1920s and 30s, which looped yarn around wooden frames to moderate the brightness of direct light. This shade is suspended around an iron frame embellished with a Jute wrap, providing a rustic character and focusing a downward spotlight, while the yarn strands allow even ambiance to the sides.
