• SUNPAN concrete products are crafted from natural materials such as granite stone powder, Portland cement, nylon mesh, and water. As a porous material, concrete is sealed with a wax coating to protect against stains. For maintenance, clean surfaces with mild soap (e.g., dish soap) and water, avoiding abrasive, bleach-based, or acidic cleaners, including most natural citrus-based products. Regular waxing with food-safe, non-toxic beeswax or carnauba wax is recommended—once two months after installation and then every 3–6 months, depending on use and exposure. Outdoor products should be waxed before winter and covered during cold seasons, with indoor storage preferred during freezing temperatures. Spills should be wiped immediately to prevent staining, especially from oils and acidic substances. Felt or rubber pads are recommended under objects to avoid scratches or discoloration. Hot objects should not be placed directly on the surface; use trivets instead. Adhesives, such as painter’s tape, should also be avoided to prevent damage.
