Even though this is not an easy product to install, it looks great. The box of the main light does not line up flush with the wall plate even though this is a 5 yr old house. This tiny gap is NOT noticeable from the floor. A great Client Service Rep contacted us after my first review. She was very supportive and offered us the possibility of a refund or postage paid return. Even though this product has some design faults (only able to secure to wall with one screw instead of two) and because it had delivery delays making us wait over a month - we still gave Lumens 4 stars! Lumens stands behind their product. Thankfully we did not have to take our CSR up on their offer. Once we metered and checked our house wires, we were able to install this light with great results. Very happy with our CSR - kudos Kate.
