The Ovalina Wall Sconce from Vistosi complements the refined setting as a curved glass piece, dishing out an intimate light. Vistosi design studio brings an approach centered on combining ancient glass-making techniques with contemporary forms. The sconce satisfies the contemporary aesthetic by keeping its glass clean and free of detail. The sconce sits flush against the wall to create an elegant built-in look. The sconce’s mouth-blown glass shade rounds out with a silhouette evocative of an organic form. Warm, glare-free light paints the glass face and fans up through the opening as an architectural glow.

Vistosi

The Vistosi name enjoys a long lineage of glassmaking in the Venetian tradition, dating as far back as the 1500s when artist guilds were the order of the day. Since then, the company has become one of Italy’s most prestigious and prolific glass lighting manufacturers, with a particular emphasis on exploring the strength, quality and versatility of hand-blown glass.
