I have this lamp in my front hallway and it is perfect! Recently we lost power but since the lamp was charged we were able to carry it around room to room. The gold color on this lamp is exquisite!

1) Its heavy base keeps it steady, even in a wind. 2) Dimming by pressing on the top is easy and useful. 3) I love it its bright light for making espresso and its low light for nighttime drinks/food outside.

I'm very happy with this lovely little lamp. I keep it on the table in my entry way and am pleased with the soft glow it provides. There is no unsightly cord (Yay!) and it's easily portable if need be.
