Clean, modern flushmount used as a sconce

I was in search of a clean, modern, elegant sconce with a shallow projection depth for my tiny bathroom. Although this fixture is described as a flushmount, I used this as a wall sconce. I ordered polished nickel. I love that there are no exposed fasteners. This was important, as this fixture is visible from the side in my installation. The alabaster shade screws onto the base. The shade is a soft, warm white with little fissures. The fixture is rated for damp environments, so it is perfect in my bathroom. The fixture is also very shallow in depth. It is less than 3" deep -- very difficult to find in a sconce.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
