The Oldmill Chandelier from Minka-Lavery features a two-tiered body composed of rows of vertically mounted pill-shaped glass panels, each secured by small metal studs and arranged in an overlapping pattern around the frame. The textured glass has a semi-opaque, watery quality that shifts between translucent and more diffuse depending on the angle of view. The second tier extends the depth of the fixture considerably, giving it a substantial presence without relying on conventional chandelier arms or exposed hardware.
