- For steel products, regular cleaning with a cloth dampened with lukewarm water is recommended. We only recommend a dry cloth for cleaning powder-coated steel. Avoid soaking the products. The use of abrasive or chemical cleaning agents should be avoided, as they can permanently damage the surface. Use only soft cloths for cleaning and caring for steel. After cleaning, the surface should be wiped dry thoroughly with a cloth.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
