The online purchasing is awful. The first order did not go through. I had to call them to make purchase over the phone. Not good.

This fan looks great. Whisper quiet and really keeps the room cool. I didn't need the air conditioner this summer. Highly recommend. I wish it came in smaller sizes for my other bedrooms

I like it bit the air flow is disappointing

This fan is very attractive and quiet. I love the remote that fits right into the switch plate.
However, I just give it 3 stars as I am really dissaponted with the air flow. If you are right below the fan, it is great but I can barely feel the air when I am in bed (the foot of the bed is under the blades).
This fan is quite expensive so I had higher expectations.
Additionally, even after over an hour with your tech support I have still have not been able to pair with the app on my phone.

Quiet, stylish, great usability

Stylish, quiet, and effective, with a great wall control. I love that unlike many other fans, the lights have separate on/off, up (brighter), and down (dimmer) buttons. Having one button to control all those things is so frustrating on other fans. The fan responds extremely quickly to button presses. And although the manual says otherwise, the fan button is not just an 'off' button, it also turns it on to the most recent speed. One tip - the confirmation beeps can be a bit loud, but you can turn them off if you pair the app. The app was slightly tricky to set up but is very fully featured, and it allows you to disable the beeper and do other things you can't do from the wall control as well.
