Sunburst Clock

We have collected several iconic pieces of midcentury modern masterpieces for our daylite ranch, with this particular piece giving us constant joy. It was difficult, at first, trying to select which Nelson clock to hang on a living room wall, but we then we realized we always came back to the multi-color Sunburst Clock. We feel we got an excellent deal from YLiving on an original-design, authentically reproduced Nelson clock and it's own of our cherished possessions.

It's the real deal. Clock looks great in the room. I also got the ball clock. Both look gorgeous!!!

I had been looking for a George Nelson clock for awhile. I finally decided on the Sunburst. It's hanging on my wall now not just as a clock but as a piece of art. Every time I look at it, I admire the design. There are a lot of different brands out there that are less expensive but I feel Vitra is the only one that maintains the quality and authenticity of George Nelson's original design.

Center is white and rays are dark brown walnut with metal hour and minute hands. Contrast looks even better in person.

I had been looking at this clock on the website for a few months before I decided to pull the trigger and treat myself. I'm so glad I did, it's such a fun, beautiful piece that I will have forever - wish I hadn't waited so long!
