Comments about Nelson Pear Tripod Lamp
Very happy with this lamp. It projects a beautiful warm light. The medium size was larger than I anticipated. Could be used as a table or even floor light in the right space. Well built and solid piece - not fragile at all like you might wonder.
4 Star Review
The lamp itself is great but it has a very strong chemical odor that is still present after 3 weeks, not as strong now but I can still smell it. Just be aware and do not put it in a small room.
Beautiful Iconic Lamp
I'm in love with the simplicity of these George Nelson Lamps...the construction is beautiful and they make a bright light with the 150 watt bulb I am able to use. Lumens packed it beautifullly and shipped it right away as I've found they carry a good amount of in stock items...had it within a few days. The only thing I do not like about these lamps is that they have a terrible odor for a few days. I set mine in front of a fan for a few hours to make the odor go away more quickly.

Great Lamp

This is our second Nelson lamp. We love the lines of the lamp.
I love this product.
I love the design and functionality of this lamp. The only issue to bring to your attention is that the light bulb enclosed was out of its case and broken. You might want to check the packing prior to sending.
Herman Miller
One of the most influential brands in American design, renowned for pioneering iconic mid-century modern furniture and lighting solutions, Herman Miller began its storied history in 1905 as Star Furniture Co. in Zeeland, Michigan. In 1923, businessman Herman Miller lent his name to the company, signaling a new chapter under the visionary leadership of his son-in-law, D.J. De Pree. This marked the beginning of Herman Miller's transformation into kingmakers of mid-century design.
