A clever coastal fixture, it starts simply by extending a short steel rod from a stepped disc wall plate, dropping in turn to a vertical ring that suspends the fixture’s single, downward-facing socket. A cylindrical shade made from hand-woven rattan wraps the lamping from the sides, drawing the eye as it gentles direct glare from the sides.
