The Speers S1 LED Mini Pendant from B.lux underscores designer David Abad’s idea that luxury can be found in simplicity. Abad’s work focuses on bespoke designs that complement the contemporary setting. With help from its fine suspension, this pendant looks natural in one room or another, whether in a series or as a single. The pendant’s cord leads one visually to the pleasant curve of its dome shade. The shade blocks the brightest glare from the sides, while a glass diffuser inside blocks it from the bottom. The glass also enhances the LED light’s spirited luminance. This light comes streaming down into the room, casting a soft pool of illumination over the surfaces below.

B.lux was started in 1981 in Markina in Spain's Basque Country on the Northern Iberian Peninsula. To this day, they still operate in the region from the picturesque town of Gizaburuaga, in facilities which contain warehousing, manufacturing and a 2,000 square-foot showroom.
