- Vacuum regularly with low pressure to preserve original sheen. Stains may be spot cleaned or taken to a professional rug cleaner. Do not pull loose ends; clip with scissors. Color fading can occur if exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time. We recommend a rug pad and rotating the rug at least once a month. Not machine washable.

Parcel Return
Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.
