Beautiful but received defective light

The pendant light is so nice. We ordered them to hang in the kitchen of our new build with 14ft ceilings and the length and size is perfect . However after installing and turning on the light we immediately noticed one of the shades is extremely discolored in a green color. This could not be seen until after turning on the pendant. It looks terrible. I've reached out to customer support in the hopes they can send a new shade or entirely new light fixture to remediate the issue.
