The Scraplights Pebbles Madison Pendant by Graypants was inspired by a collection of pebbles gathered at three beaches near Seattle. Each handcrafted pendant is made from recycled cardboard and is inscribed with the beach name and coordinates of the original stone that inspired it, bringing an elegant, poetic touch to the spaces it brightens. Hand-assembled and precision cut with a laser, the soft silhouette of this design is as tough as it is beautiful.

Seattle, Washington, 2008. The Graypants design studio was founded by architects Jonathan Junker and Seth Grizzle (and joined later by close friend, Jon Gentry) as a way to get back to what they'd originally loved about architecture: design, drawing and making things by hand.
