Based on the enthusiastic reception to the Masters Chair, the Kartell Masters Stool was created to pay the same tribute to the Series 7 Chair by Arne Jacobsen, the Tulip Armchair by Eero Saarinen and the Eiffel Chair by Charles Eames. But this version puts these signature designs on an even higher pedestal, having been adapted to suit bar and counter height installations.

Comments about Masters Stool

We bought four of these bar stools - one of each color. They look great and are comfortable. High quality. Exactly as pictured. Would be 5 stars if they were not so narrow. My family is fit so we all fit in them...just barely. I have a lot of stress over company visiting and them embarrassingly getting stuck in a chair. I do think they are significantly overpriced for the product.

Comments about Masters Stool

It's remarkably comfortable. The bold color makes a solid statement while the design is expressly airy so the color and airiness make the whole very balanced.

I bought 6 for a client with 3 young babies because the material is so worry free. The seat impression makes it comfortable to sit in without a seat cushion. Style, function, easy upkeep make this a true winner for a young family.

I liked that we can choose between the 2 heights for the bar stool. It is light weight and very cute. Love the color as well.

Kartell

Based in Milan, Italy, Kartell was founded in 1949 by chemical engineer Giulio Castelli and his wife, architect Anna Castelli. Originally a producer of car accessories, it was Kartell's experimentation in plastics for the home that made them famous. Stylish home accessories and lighting dominated the 1950s, with the first injection-molded furniture emerging in the 1960s. Since then, the Kartell modern furniture line has only continued to grow, including contemporary chairs, tables, sofas and more--all made out of durable, lightweight and surprisingly comfortable plastic.
