Brighten up your interiors with the straight lines and sharp corners of the Major LED Vanity Light by George Kovacs. A classy, contemporary fixture with a warm nod to older deco notes, it uses a smooth square wall mount and a rectangular frame, both made from sturdy steel, to support a large, integrated LED. The vertical frame has twin cutouts on its sidewalls that securely suspend a long steel strip and bar-shaped glass diffuser that hold the damp-listed lamping, transforming its direct glare into a warm wash of ambient light.

George Kovacs

George Kovacs was born 1926 in Vienna, Austria. After moving to the US, Kovacs was enticed in 1954 to market J.T. Kalmar lamps. Inspired by the success of that endeavor--and the observed popularity of such contemporary lighting--Kovacs expanded his lighting import and design business (with locations throughout New York).
