Hook doesn't work with George Nelson Pendants

The plastic hook is not large enough for the George Nelson pendant cords. I was able to use the stainless steel bracket and then use a different hook. Expensive for what it is. I also tried to submit a return request and was declined and told I would be contacted. I have not been contacted.
