Parcel or Ground Shipping (Order over $99)

This product is eligible for free ground shipping. Get free ground shipping for orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns

Parcel Return

Most items can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Lumens Trade members). All returns must be in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Some items have exceptions to our standard return policy.

In order to start your return, locate your order and the line item that you would like to return and follow the instructions.

Once approved, we'll email you a shipping label. Simply print, attach to the box and drop off at your local UPS store.

Note: Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
