Kola 52" 5 blade grinding noise

build.com/Love the look of the fan, but developed a metallic grinding noise after 6 months, and too loud to even use now. I balanced the blades but sounds like the issue is in the housing. Hopefully can return for a replacement since it is under 12 months old.

build.com/Bought this fan for our bedroom. We have a tray ceiling and wanted something to accent it. It's very handsome and our electrician said it was a solid, well made fan. No problems at all with it and it provides a lot of circulation in the room.

Good Quality and Good Service
Our experience buying from Lumens couldn't have been better. The web site had pertinent information and many styles to choose from. The products we received (2 ceiling fans) were exactly as depicted on the site and they were delivered without delay. My wife and I would definitely use Lumens again
