    The Kintsugi Dinner Plate from Seletti takes its name from the Japanese tradition of repairing broken ceramics with gold, and that idea runs through the entire design. The porcelain plate is finished with gold seams running across its surface, as though the piece had once cracked and been carefully rejoined by hand. The scalloped edge gives it a slightly vintage profile, while the gold lines turn damage into the most prominent feature of the piece.
