This is the third Eames elephant we have given as a baby gift, always in white. They look adorable in an infants room and later as the child ages. One Mother used it as an end table in her living room, oh well.
An elephant for the ages
What toddler wouldn't want this cheerful and colorful elephant. Great construction and classic design. Will be a hand-me-down and remain a fixture in our home.

I've been admiring this Eames creation for some time now but the plywood version has always been too pricey. Thankfully you can get it now at a reasonable cost in the Vitra reissue in plastic. A great modern piece for display or for the kids!
