The only reason this is not a zero is that you didn't offer one. The box showed exactly what I ordered down to the detail. It was months before the contractor was able to hang the fan and we were both surprised to see it was not AT ALL the fan in the box which was not natural would with a bronze casing? But black plastic through and through including black plastic blades. Oh NO! I haven't tried to return yet because I can't take an argument at this time. Later.

I am very pleased with the design and look of the fan. It runs completely silently moving air efficiently. However, the key pad controller isn't fully functional. It's disappointing. I can switch the fixture on but not turn on or dim the light or change fan speeds.
