The fans are quiet, a bit shiny but clean looking. I only wish I could adjust fan rotation direction from the remote versus the small switch on the fan. Fantastic value, nice fans.

I had 4 of their fans in my prior home and two were just installed in my condo. Mika Aire is always my first choice. I did not chose illumination, because I prefer a fan without the light.
