The Jens Armchair from B&B Italia takes cues from the classics, with simple lines and high-quality materials. Designer Antonio Citterio's pieces are built on pure, fundamental shapes. Citterio draws inspiration from the 1950s style as well as traditional Chinese chairs. Like chairs of the time, this armchair sports a meticulously crafted wood structure. Wood segments taper and curve dramatically to form a supportive backrest that transitions into a pair of armrests. Soft leather wraps the seat and back for a touch of uniform color that contrasts with the textured wood grain.
