This light is very sturdy the opal glass is thick and the metal part is heavy. Installation was a bit of work but the directions were clear. I found that this just wasn't my favorite style. I do like the matt black color but the circular globe was not my favorite. It also does not take standard bulbs so just be away so you can have the correct bulb on hand. It takes a max 60W type B bulb. I do like you can use the light with the globe up or down. The globe is also easy to get on and off. It does fit on securely. Overall, this is a good quality light and do love Kitchler products this just missed the mark for me style wise. I would recommend it for those who want quality and like the style.

This light is stylish and looks beautiful in my room! We recently renovated, and were looking for something that elevated the style of our room without looking gaudy, and this light is perfect! It provides plenty of light. I would certainly recommend it!

This light is really nice. It's a simple design that will go well with any decor. It is well made and seems quite sturdy. I replaced an older fixture in my enclosed porch with this. It throws enough light without blaring. Such a lovely upgrade!

The Hex 11.5 Inch 1 Light Wall Sconce with Opal Glass in Black is so farmhouse and adorable. It is easy to install with well laid out instructions. The piece is versatile enough to go with any decor. Simple elegant lines

I am so happy with this light.It looks so modern in the black color and square wall base.It extends out from the wall about 6 inches.I love the look of clean lines and the opal glass ball shaped globe is quite beautiful.I use mine in my hallway with a dimmer switch.The instructions were very clear and easy to follow It took me about 45 minutes hanging the light and taking my time.I highly recommend this gorgeous light.It feels very solid and gives my hallway a much needed visual impact.
