This light is clearly designed to be wired by an electrician as it doesn't have a typical 120v outlet plug. I ordered a separate power cord from Amazon, soldered it, and then electrical taped it, so it works in the outlet now. It's well built, good looking, but for $1k+ you'd expect it to come with a power plug!

wonderful, stylish way to light up your front walk
This is a stylish addition to your outdoor lighting, wherever you place it. We used it as a light on the front walk. My only complaint is the fragility of the pole supporting the lamp. It is easily tilted or broken. The manufacturer really needs to upgrade the metal gauge on that!

I'm also impressed with yLighting's customer service. One of the lamps I purchased arrived damaged, and they quickly arranged for a replacement part to arrive just a few days later.
