build.com/The remote sender unit was installed correctly but when I tried to use the hand-held remote, the fan would not work. After I removed the sender unit, the fan worked via the wall switch. The charges for sender and remote were cancelled so the result was satisfactory. Other fans we have were delivered with remote receiver unit installed.

build.com/For whatever reasons our fans stop rotating on their own, or they rotate in the opposite direction and the jelly part of the remote where you get to choose what speed is very difficult to deal with
