The Groove SP 3B Pendant from Vistosi is as much a modern sculpture as it is a light. Inspired by Mies van der Rohe's belief that less is more, it uses crisp, right-angled metal frames to cradle soft spheres of hand-blown Murano glass. Sliding the frames creates new geometries, so the fixture feels orderly yet playful, while the small differences in each hand-blown sphere add a personal touch that shines above a dining table or in a welcoming entryway.

Vistosi

The Vistosi name enjoys a long lineage of glassmaking in the Venetian tradition, dating as far back as the 1500s when artist guilds were the order of the day. Since then, the company has become one of Italy’s most prestigious and prolific glass lighting manufacturers, with a particular emphasis on exploring the strength, quality and versatility of hand-blown glass.
