I received two of these lamps four days ago, and unfortunately neither of them is functioning properly. One of the lamps sounds as though it has a loose part inside. Since the lamp is completely sealed, I am unable to inspect or identify the issue. The second lamp simply does not turn on at all. I sent an email to your company requesting assistance with returning these defective items, but I have not yet received a response. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from Customer Care or Customer Service could contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange the return of these lamps without further delay. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I ordered two of these. The lamp cover isn't perfectly opaque and splotches of light leak. They also tip over pretty easily.
