The Ginkgo Blossom 05 Totem Wall Sconce from Rosie Li Studio matches the natural surfaces of its namesake plant, an ancient botanical, with the rich motifs and metal of Art Nouveau design. Designed by Rosie Li, each rich metal leaf is textured with unique, handmade striations and flanks with rounded glass buds, adding a sculptural spectacle to an otherwise straightforward design. Each translucent bulb cuts bright light to the sides, creating a mix of warm ambiance and shadowed leaves that adds depth to the sconce’s surroundings, putting a new spin on a prehistoric classic.

Rosie Li Studio

Discovered shortly after graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2011, Rosie Li began her career when her undergraduate thesis project caught the attention of the lighting production company, Roll & Hill. The lighting design was the Stella Triangle, an abstract and geometrically savvy product that was not only Li’s first licensed product, but would eventually set the precedent for Rosie Li in 2015.
