Key Features
The Ghost Floor Lamp was created by German designer Andreas Kowalewski for Studio Kowalewski and presented by Woud. It’s a modern interpretation of antique oil lamps with portability built into the design. Slender metalwork wraps around the translucent opal glass shading with a gentle ribbed texture sloping vertically upward. The look of the shade is reminiscent of cloth thrown over a light source, resulting in the playful look of a friendly ghost hovering in the air.
Founded in 2014, Woud is a Scandinavian design company. Teaming with designers from a range of countries, Woud creates quality and timeless products by focusing on simplicity, honesty, personal expression and modern interpretation in each design.
