Comments about Kena Stool
there are three reasons that I'm giving these beautiful stools four stars rather then five. They are FAR bigger in person than most bar stools! Please be sure to measure your space PRIOR to ordering. We ordered four of these and had to return one of them. And frustrated to report that we are still waiting to be reimbursed for the returned stool even though i called customer service to clear that we could return one.... 7 weeks and counting ... Lastly, the packaging was spotty at best. It felt like two of the four were packed in a rush. Somehow they made it to us unscathed. But we are very happy with the three stools that we've kept. Both so very comfortable as well as beautiful. Maybe I'll call customer service now to check on my return!
