The Forged Vertical Bars Wall Sconce from Hubbardton Forge uses line and shape to highlight its slim and unassuming design. A composition of dark and light color is used to contrast the rectangular iron accents with the modesty of the lamp shade. With its translucent and slightly curved hand-blown glass shade, light fans upwards and downwards creating an elegant shadow play on walls. Paired with another Forged Vertical Bars Wall Sconce, the piece works wonderfully flanking a bed and large artworks to create an interesting framing effect.
