The lamp arrived broken and not working properly (difficult turning on). I callef Lumens and they told me to call the manufacturer. I did and left a message and did not hear back from them. I called about a week later and they told me to send a picture and a video, which I did, I did not hear back from them. I called a week after that and they told me to take pictures of the box. They finally sent me a new lamp base, but it was frustrating and a bit of a hassle. I would not do business with Nova of California again.
