I got two of these for a client and he was really unhappy with the quality of the plastic. The pieces don't fit together perfectly and in some places you can see straight through to the lightbulb. These are expensive so the quality may not match the price. And for the length of time you have to wait for them they need to be perfect.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Truly excellent lamp. Just wish it didnt take 3 months to get to my house, with no indication from the website of the time window until after the order was placed.
