This refined contemporary piece shows creator Michael Verheyden’s caring, thoughtful design approach. It starts with an anchoring low-profile circular base that easily slots under a sofa. The L-shape silhouette of the topping stem reminds one of a heron’s long, angular neck. The tubular lamp head at the end moves with pinpoint accuracy thanks to the adjustable joint. Clean light funnels through the lamp head that reaches its target softly.
