Very solid with great attention to detail. Bulb hole is small but LED bulbs are still very bright. Glass feels very thick and not super fragile #sweepstakes

The included bulb is a 100W Halogen providing 1300 Lumens. That's incandescent-level wattage. The glass globe is 11.8" diameter, but unfortunately the hole admitting the bulb is only 1.5" diameter, so although there are LED bulbs that provide more light for only 15W, I can't find any that are skinny enough to fit. IMO for the price, the designers should've used more efficient technology, either allowing bright LED bulbs or using integrated LED.

You can't go wrong with this sophisticated and elegant floor lamp from Michael Anastassiades. I have mine in my office and it brings me joy everyday when I turn it on. It emits a beautiful glow and dims nicely.

This lamp is a piece of art. As soon as I had it in place, I started looking around the house to find a spot for another one in a different size and finish! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. And I didn't realize the switch included a dimmer, so that was a bonus!
