The product looks great, but it showed up without a power cord. I've contacted customer support and still don't have a replacement. Honestly, I'd skip buying from Lumens—any savings aren't worth the frustration.

The item is beautiful, but it did not come with a power cord. I have contacted customer service five times and still have not received a solution. Avoid purchasing from Lumens—it's not worth the hassle just to save a few dollars.
