This lamp looks very nice. But when you pull the chain to turn it on or off the whole lamp wobbles around due to the spindly nature of its design. Also the brass ball at the end of the chain switch clacks against the wood when operated for a bit after use.

I love my new lamps. They look great, we're quick to set up and work well in my MCM Don Draper style apartment. Excellent quality for the price. (Others here were thinking it should of higher quality but these are superb for the price point.) I'm in agreement that the wood is a bit more reddish that walnut but the brass is perfect. Not garish at all. Love the detail of the pull chain to turn the lamp on and off. Great lamp. Great price.
