- Preventative Measures: Fabric To help maintain the appearance of your chair it should be vacuumed regularly, and kept out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent white cloth. Preventative Measures: Leather Our leathers are chosen to age beautifully and develop a rich natural patina over time. Hides have been carefully selected for their raw natural surface characteristics which make each piece unique. To help maintain the appearance of your chair we recommend the leather straps be dusted with a dry cloth. Preventative Measures: Wood We recommend cleaning all wood components with a damp, soft cloth. Spills must be cleaned immediately or this may cause discoloration to the wood and may cause permanent damage. Do not use abrasive cleaning products. Shrinking, Cracking, Warping Wood is very susceptible to changes in the humidity of its environment, which causes it to expand and shrink. Climate control will minimize this. A level of 40%–55% humidity with an ideal temperature of 70–72 degrees Fahrenheit should be maintained.

Got this for my living room. Awesome purchase. I wanted a sofa bed that was easy to open and shut. This fit the bill perfectly. Quality materials. It's the first sofa from Gus that I've purchased and first time from Lumens as well. Color was true to the photo. Not sure about the "too low" comments on other sights, it seemed normal to me. The customer service at Lumens is superb and the shipping is too. And I live in Hawaii so it's often a nightmare. Very happy with this purchase. #sweepstakes
