Perfect lamp to work by
I purchased this lamp for my work at home setup. It gives on nice, warm light to work by. Sometimes I'll adjust the light to beam light onto my face if I'm on a virtual meeting. The footprint is perfect for my desk. The base is heavy and the overall lamp has a good quality feel to it. You barely need to touch the button to turn the light on/off or adjust the dim modes. I also think it's a great lamp for the price as some desk lamps were crazy money.
Great TasK Lamp
For me this happy purchase has brought me the perfect desktop task lamp to illuminate desktop projects that require precision work. The lamp is first of all stable because of a wide base and is solid but not overly heavy. The great build quality if obvious. On/off dimmer placed conveniently on the main arm works flawlessly. The articulation and reach is good, maybe not as good as some of the similarly designed higher priced lamps but the robustness of The Blackjack Lighting lamp is a very desirable quality not always found in those other lamps which may be lovely to look at but are too delicate. This lamp is solid. For my purposes a perfect task lamp.
