I agree with some of the other reviewers that the installation can be frustrating. Also the bulb that was included did not work but we like it for our daughter's room and are getting more for the boys' rooms. Bottom line, fun light that doesn't break the bank.

Great look lamp
This is my favorite suspension lamp in the entire house. Simple clear design yet very high end look for a fraction of the price of other designer lights. I chose a beautiful cobalt color - just love it. Only negative is the fluorescent bulb that cant be operated with a dimmer so I need to go buy a new light ASAP...
Kartell
Based in Milan, Italy, Kartell was founded in 1949 by chemical engineer Giulio Castelli and his wife, architect Anna Castelli. Originally a producer of car accessories, it was Kartell's experimentation in plastics for the home that made them famous. Stylish home accessories and lighting dominated the 1950s, with the first injection-molded furniture emerging in the 1960s. Since then, the Kartell modern furniture line has only continued to grow, including contemporary chairs, tables, sofas and more--all made out of durable, lightweight and surprisingly comfortable plastic.
