beware of the white lamp
I ordered a white lamp. They don't tell you that the white color is made of a different material than the transparent colors. It is like a cheap, very thin, plastic material that was broken in many pieces when I opened the box. Sadly I waited to open and they wouldn't take the lamp back. You have 72 hours to open.

Looks great in mid-century kitchen renovation
We recently re-modeled the kitchen in our mid-century modern home. We purchased two of these lamps to suspend over the counter and they look great.

So I had bought a white table to go with this in blue. It makes my kitchen room look so colorful! It is also very light and very cute.I loved this light!
Kartell
Based in Milan, Italy, Kartell was founded in 1949 by chemical engineer Giulio Castelli and his wife, architect Anna Castelli. Originally a producer of car accessories, it was Kartell's experimentation in plastics for the home that made them famous.
